That’s exactly how I feel since I’ve been introduced to, in my opinion,  the best perfume and fragrance to have come around in a long time!  And as a Baby Boomer, I’ve been around a long time!

Have you heard the adage, “Just Follow Your Nose?” Over the course of our lifetimes, we ingrain in our memories certain events, occasions and people.  Our sense of smell is important in stimulating this recollection.  I’ve written multiple times on my blogs that I believe strongly in sensory perception and it’s affects on the mind, body, spirit and soul.

As human beings, our sense of smell is less accurate than animals, but still very keen. In addition to being the main organ of smell, the human nose is also responsible for our sense of taste.

My choice in scents has changed as I’ve become more mature.  What’s right for my daughters isn’t necessarily right for me.

In a study conducted by a team of Rutgers scientists, it was learned that men appear to subconsciously “age” a woman based on her choice of fragrance. Almost universally the men associated the scent of roses with an “old” woman, while associating the scent of apples with “young” women.

If you’ve ever worked in an office building and ridden in an elevator, you’ll immediately know who’s preceded you by recognizing their signature “scent.”

Whether I’m at the office or dashing about town doing my regular errands, such as grocery shopping, stopping by the Post Office for stamps or ATM for funds, fragrance is part of my morning routine.  I always take the time to spritz or spray on something to brighten my mood and get me going after my morning shower.

    I had no idea the scent of green apples has been shown to reduce headaches and lavender is known as a calming scent & citrus is exciting (I need to douse my hyper dog’s bed in lavender then!).

    As women and men age, the body produces a chemical know as “noneal”, which occurs as a result of the chemical breakdown of a fatty acid know as palmitoleic in the skin. This process breaks down into a form of an unsatured aildehype which emits an unpleasant greasy odor that experts say is the natural “body odor” scent of aging.

    I learned that About.com. Makeup gave this fragrance a 5 Star Review and that is a very significant statement about how wonderful Ageless Fantasy Perfume is!
