I hope everyone enjoyed the 4th of July Holiday Weekend!

My family just recently returned from a long camping trip!  While it was very enjoyable, it’s challenging to plan meals ahead and pack healthy snacks that the whole family would enjoy!

Chex Mix BarsI recently had the opportunity to try out some new Chex Mix Bars.  I packed these along for everyone to eat while at the beach.  They worked out well since these snacks were individually wrapped.

This delicious snack combines crunchy Chex pieces, pretzels and peanuts with chewy and indulgent ingredients like caramel and chocolate.  I really like the combination of sweet and salty – and if that’s not enough, they have less than 150 calories per bar and provide at least 8 grams of whole grain per serving (48 grams recommended daily)!

A great combination of the ingredients you love, Chex Mix Bars are a tasty treat that will leave you feeling satisfied and guilt-free!
