Disclosure Policy
This policy is valid from 15 December 2007

I’ve been blogging since 2007, as you can see from the above date. As I’m a Baby Boomer, I’m trying to monetize my blog (somewhat, pitifully so) in order that I can (someday) retire. Well, at least cover my hosting fees. The following Disclosure has been up on my blog since it’s inception. I’m an up-and-up person, and have always believed in transparency – that’s why I have this site-wide Disclosure prominently placed in my Navigation Bar.
Recently the Federal Trade Commission implemented new rulings that Bloggers must comply with. Well, I’ve always tried to stay one step ahead of the curve. As a Baby Boomer, I enjoy letting my readers know of new products I or my family have used and comparing them to products we’ve used in the past. Also, I believe in providing press release and public service announcements when I deem them to be of value to my readers.
