The newest model GRP4P, George Foreman Next Grilleration 4-Burger Grills with Removable Plates, is so much easier to clean. Unlike the older versions, the grilling plates are removable and dishwasher safe. Made of non-stick coated material, the grilling plates wipe off with a damp sponge.Feb 2009

I actually just bought this last week. I was going to buy a paninni maker but thought this would do the trick and it was on sale. I was right it made some really good paninnis and the kids loved the grilled cheese sandwiches I made on it. And the best thing of all is the removable plates!
