Effective solutions for Workspace Clutter – InPlace System

As a Paralegal I’ve worked for several law offices over the course of my professional career.  The majority of my time was spent coordinating real estate closings.  In doing so, I dealt with buyers, sellers, attorneys, bank and mortgage lending officers, real estate agents and town officials.

Additionally, my law firms also represented clients in civil litigation and criminal matters.  Needless to say, as a Paralegal I’ve been trained to be extremely organized.

Office Max Rubber Band BallWhen I had the opportunity to review the new product line at OfficeMax designed by renowned organizational expert and author, Peter Walsh, called [IN]Place System by Peter Walsh, I was exceptionally happy!

OfficeMax brings Peter Walsh’s organizational expertise to the workplace with affordable, effective solutions for workspace clutter

As a work-at-home mom, product reviewer and Virtual Assistant, I try to eliminate clutter and maintain some semblance of organization skills, such as color-coding everything in my spreadsheets.  But am always looking to improve on my methods.

Peter Walsh’s new collection features easy-to-use tools that support workspace organization whether you’re a WAHM or for your place of business.

InPlace System by Peter WalshI received the [IN]Place System that included sleek and sturdy document wallets and file folders along with a portable file tote.  Also included were color-coded stick notes.  The products are created to work effectively alone or together as an inherent system.

The feature that I liked best about the system was that the folders are clear, enabling me to see in a glance what I have inside each one!

Add some organization to your work at home office space!

This is amazing! I live in a little tiny house with a tiny room for an office. So, CLUTTER is my worst enemy. It’s hard to get anything done without pile ups. I have to be extremly organized or I can’t find my way through all the faxes, files and blueprints!

  61. Katie74 on Thu, 18th Jun 2009 11:50 am

The system is portable. You can use it for pleasure, travel or leisure. I would love this system, because I have lots of paper file folders now, but have to open them to see what is inside. Also the paper folders aren’t as reusable as the Inplace system.

The compact design of the Rubber band ball minimizes desk clutter! I would love to win this rubber band ball! I used my daughters rubber band ball a couple weeks ago to put together a diaper cake for a baby shower, but I neglected to think about the fact that she liked it the way it came…all bands intact! So, I kinda owe her a new one! :)
