ORDERING
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax (Connecticut residents only) are calculated and added to the total order at check out.

Shipping Policy:
Items are shipped within the continental USA, Alaska & Hawaii only. We are unable to accomodate our International friends at this time.
Most items are shipped within 5 business days.
We will provide you with the most cost effective method of delivery. Items are shipped via UPS and USPS as our choice method of delivery. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery on certain items. If you haven't received you order by then, please contact us. We'll be more than happy to check into your order status!
Custom items may take longer for delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks on custom items.

PAYMENT
We accept PAYPAL as our only form of payment. Paypal accepts all credit cards & bank drafts instantly. You do not need to have an active Paypal Account in order to use Paypal.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with your Tracking Order Number once your order has shipped.
Returns - Store Policy TOP
Returns:
We will be happy to accept returns made within 7 business days. There is NO refund of the original shipping fee. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Please contact us first for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number before any item is returned. A re-stocking fee of 15% may be assessed on certain items.
Item must be returned in it's original condition, with all tags attached if applicable, and no cigarette smoke. Refund issued as money-back.

We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.
