Mega Bloks Domino Build Color and Matching Builder Game for Kids Review

Children ages 3-6 years will have fun learning all about colors, numbers, matching and motor skills with the Mega Bloks Domino Build Game It’s a great creative product for both preschool boys and girls.

My grandkids are very close in age, 21 months apart.  The kids play very well together and ‘Lil Moomette, age 4, being the big sister, is a very good (most of the time) mentor for her younger brother Slugger.

Playing together enables tykes to experience things about the globe and to process information necessary to learning. By playing children see elementary concepts such as colors, counting, how to build things, and how to work out problems. Critical reasoning and thinking skills are acted upon each time a child participates in some area of active play period.

Children learn to connect to each other, manage purposes, share, and obey norms by playing They also learn how to be a team player. A child finds and keeps peers and friends by play.

Mega Bloks Domino Build

Who will build their animal first and win?  Domino build, the color and matching builder game, teaches children all about colors, numbers, matching and motor skills.

The game is played with Dominos by matching colors and animals.  If the kids make a domino match, they win a block to construct their zoo animal! Contents include 16 Maxi Mega Blocks; 30 Domino Tiles; 4 Animal Character Cards and 1 Instruction Sheet.

The educational benefits for preschool kids are plenty.  Children will learn:

Children perceive shapes and colors through observation, touch and taking objects into their hands.  The Mega Bloks Domino Build game offers a variety of solid colors and basic shapes imperative to teaching your child the distinctions among shapes and colors

Developing fine motor skills requires patience, practice and determination.  The tangible nature of playing and manipulating Domino Build Game gives your child or grandchild opportunities to develop muscle movement and hand-to-eye coordination.

I like that the blocks are big enough for little hands to be able to actually fit the pieces together, it’s great because it’s something I enjoy playing with the grandkids too!

Put the Domino Build color and matching builder game on your list if you’re a homeschool mom, daycare provider or grandmom who likes to have educational toys on hand!
