What’s a party without food? As promised, I said I’d have the buffet and libations set out and waiting for you! Here’s the one of my favorite Appetizer recipes, a Beer Cheese Spread, that a friend shared with me ~ it’s great to serve with crackers and set out on the patio or deck!
Beer Cheese Spread
This is a great cheese spread that’s quick and easy to prepare. You can use any kind of ale in the spread, but any full-bodied ale can be used. Its strong flavor can enough to stand up to the biggest, hoppiest beers, even a. Serve it with crackers, warm pretzels or beer bread.
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 ounces , crumbled
12 ounces sharp white , grated
1/4 cup minced green onions
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon ground
