Word Whiz | Electronic Flash Card Program | Kids Game Review

Kids will enjoy learning with the Word Whiz Electronic Flash Card program from Learning Resources!

School’s out for the summer and Learning Resources  has hands-on learning toys for children that will have them engaged in fun educational activity play not only during their school vacation but all year long.   (shhhh…they won’t even know that they’re learning!).

Both of my grandchildren were enrolled in a pre-school program that they thrived at.  My granddaughter, ‘Lil Moomette will be entering Kindergarten this fall, and can already count to 50.  Slugger, who’s turning 3 is wise beyond his years.  I like to think it’s because he’s inherited his grandmother’s genes … but also give credit to his sister helping him along (they’re only 21 months apart and very close.)

However, they recently moved out of town have started a new pre-school daycare program.  Both their mom and dad and grandparents are helping them to keep up with their learning activities in anticipation of the start of the new school year.

I recently received the Word Whiz Electronic Flash Card program from Learning Resources.

For more than 25 years, Learning Resources® has been designing award-winning products that enable parents and teachers to go beyond traditional instruction and inspire children to reach new heights.

Developed by top educators who understand learning and children, the Company’s innovative educational toys uniquely tap into the limitless potential of children everywhere, so they reach beyond, reach forward and achieve more. And as the global leader in developing engaging hands-on learning experiences for children, Learning Resources knows how to make learning exciting and fun for children of all ages and abilities.

Word Whiz Electronic Flash Card

  • Encourages children to practice word building as they combine beginning letters and blends with word families
  • Challenges children with three skill levels
  • Features handheld size, simple operation, immediate feedback and volume control

Requires 3 AAA batteries, not included.
Ages 5+. SRP: $16.99

This year, Learning Resources introduces more than 80 new “teacher-approved” toys and multi-sensory items that truly help children ages 2 and up progress along their individual learning paths. As always, the Company’s commitment to safety is absolute, with every item designed, developed and manufactured under the strictest safety standards.

Whether  you have a pre-school toddler, homeschool or provide daycare, or are a grandparent looking to keep some educational childrens toys on hand or for some magnificent gifts for kids, put this on your shopping list!

The Word Whiz is great for summer vacation travel.  Very portable, bring it along in the car, airplane, or while your family is waiting in line at a restaurant for a table to open!
